We are proud to announce the forthcoming release of a collection of 10 new editions from Sir Peter Blake. Exclusive to Opus Art, and in collaboration with Bupa Great North Run Culture, these new prints celebrate the 30th anniversary of the world’s most iconic half-marathon and the heritage of running. Each giclee print will feature a silkscreen glaze, and will be signed and numbered by Blake, from an edition of 75.
We will be launching these exclusive new editions from the Godfather of British Pop Art next month, ahead of their inclusion in In The Long Run: 30 Years of the Great North Run at the Great North Museum, Newcastle. The prints will feature vintage running memorabilia, and will reflect the international pedigree of the race as well as one of its key elements, humour. They will be available for sale exclusive through Opus Art; register your interest now for further information and images ahead of release.
